Schroeder Builders is a true family business.  Allan Senior, and his sons Allan and David have been working together in home construction for decades.  Their combined knowledge and experience compliments their integrity as they offer you their newest project, Sycamore Grove.   

Prior to coming to Wilmington from New York in 1977, Allan Senior was one of the premiere custom home builders on the exclusive beaches of Fire Island.  When he and his wife left New York for North Carolina, Allan Jr. and David soon followed with their young families.  In Wilmington, Allan Senior continued to build choice custom homes in town as well as on Bald Head Island, while the sons built a contracting firm which grew to be among the largest and most respected in Southeastern North Carolina. 

All have become faithful contributing members of the Wilmington community through civic service, volunteer work, and charitable giving.  That commitment to community underlies their dedication to making Sycamore Grove not just a development, but a neighborhood you and yours can call home.  They invite you to come home to Sycamore Grove.
